Due to the custom handmade nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle fitment before ordering.
Because every mount is crafted from real hardwood, natural variations in grain, color, and figure are normal and make each piece one of a kind.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with customers to resolve any legitimate issues.
